Carrier Damaged Goods
Within 2 business days from delivery date, contact us to notify us of the issue. Retain all original packaging and we will contact the carrier who shipped the merchandise. If we require the products to be returned to us, we will provide a UPS call tag or a prepaid return address label. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF. Once your product has been returned, it will be inspected by the fulfillment center and a credit will be issued or a replacement item will be shipped to you,
